Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CISA Mock practice exam service (the "Service") operated by Muhammad Hammam (sole proprietor) ("we", "us", "our"), reachable at hello@cisamock.com.

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

1. The Service

CISA Mock provides independent, time-limited online practice examinations designed in the style of the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) exam. The Service is a self-study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by ISACA. CISA is a registered trademark of ISACA, used here solely for descriptive reference.

The Service is not a substitute for the official CISA exam, official ISACA study materials, or professional certification preparation by an authorized provider. Successful use of the Service does not guarantee any examination outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to purchase the Service. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Access and accounts

The Service does not require account registration. After successful payment, a unique, signed access link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This link grants you access to your purchased mock exam and result page for the period specified at the point of sale (currently 30 days from purchase for individual mocks; 90 days from purchase for the bundle).

You are responsible for keeping your access link confidential. Anyone in possession of the link can use the Service as if they were you. If you lose your link, contact us at hello@cisamock.com or use the /resend form on the Service website.

4. Payment and pricing

Prices are displayed at the point of sale in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), which acts as the merchant of record and handles VAT, GST, and similar consumption taxes for buyers in jurisdictions where collection is required. By completing payment, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and authorize the charge for the amount displayed.

A tax-compliant invoice is issued at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the change takes effect; existing purchases are not retroactively repriced.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started the timed mock exam. Refunds requested after starting the timed exam are at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All content provided by the Service — including questions, answer options, explanations, pacing diagnostics, wrong-answer pattern coaching, and supporting materials — is the original work of Muhammad Hammam (sole proprietor) or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study purposes. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or transmit any part of the Service or its content to any third party.
Use the Service or its content to create or train any artificial intelligence, machine learning model, or competing product.
Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically collect questions or other content from the Service.
Share your access link with any other person.

Violation of this section terminates your license immediately and may result in legal action.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, databases, or any connected system.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this section, without refund.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
The content of the Service is accurate, complete, or current.
Use of the Service will result in passing the CISA exam or any other certification.

Practice questions are designed in the style of the CISA exam but are independently authored. The actual CISA exam may differ in content, structure, or difficulty.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muhammad Hammam (sole proprietor) and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muhammad Hammam (sole proprietor) and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when changes were last made. Material changes will be notified to active users via email where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

Good-faith negotiation between the parties for at least 30 days; and
If unresolved, the courts of Semarang, Indonesia (Pengadilan Negeri Semarang).

You agree that any claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Muhammad Hammam (sole proprietor) regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
